Anita graduated with a B.S. in Bioengineering from UC Berkeley in 2020. She is a PhD student in Dr. Lingchong You's lab.

Research Interests

I am exploring the factors that contribute to self-organized spatial pattern formation in bacteria, using a combination of different approaches including machine learning and mathematical simulations. I am particularly interested in spatial patterns formed by multi-species consortia.
