Nikki Angel

Nikki graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Biology from the University of Alabama in 2021. She is a PhD student co-advised by Dr. Brent Hoffman & Dr. Shyni Varghese.

Research Interests

Interested in leveraging biomaterial principles and biosensor technology to gain a better understanding of the role of the mechanical stimuli in cellular homeostasis and disease pathogenesis.
